Pricing questions
What counts as a transcript?
One transcript is one deposition volume of up to 300 pages, with both editions and every exhibit. Each further 300 pages, or part of them, counts as one more. Rendering the same transcript again, with different options, is free.
When is a transcript counted?
When you unlock it. Every transcript first gives you a free watermarked preview of both editions; it counts only when you unlock the clean PDFs.
Am I charged when a transcript needs review?
Never. A transcript that ends in Needs review, is rejected or fails is never charged and never counts against your plan.
What happens after my 5 Starter transcripts?
Each extra transcript is $5, added to your bill. We ask before charging for one, and you can switch to Unlimited at any time. Unused transcripts don't roll over.
What does fair use mean on Unlimited?
Unlimited has no per-transcript charge. If you produce more than about 100 transcripts in a month we will get in touch about an Agency plan, but we never block a transcript.
Do you charge per user?
No. Plans are priced by volume, never per seat, and every plan can invite teammates at no extra cost. Owner and admin roles come with every plan; the producer, reporter and viewer roles come with Agency plans.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans cost 10 times the monthly price, so two months are free. Your transcript allowance still resets every month.
What are founding prices?
Organizations that subscribe in the first 6 months after launch, while the first 100 places last, pay 40% less than list for as long as they stay subscribed, monthly or annual. Extra transcripts are always at the standard price. Cancelling ends the founding price.
Can I try it first?
Yes. The Free plan includes 2 transcripts with clean, unwatermarked PDFs, with no card and no time limit.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from the billing page at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
